Each day of SXSWi, Trover is awarding dinner for four at East Side Show Room. Just use Trover to share a photo of something cool you’ve found in Austin. Use hashtag #TroverATX. The best discovery wins and will be announced at the Grafitti Gallery (7pm) and through the Trover app. -

Do to the weather forcast: The Discover East Austin Mobile Photowalk is now Sunday!
Here are some tips to get you ready for the big event. Get pumped, ‘cause this is going to be FUN.
Get the brand new version of the Trover app. You’ll need it to post your discoveries and be recognized for your work. Find it on the Apple and Android app stores.
Know what makes a great Trover discovery. Here are the 3 key components:
- The Discovery: Put on your explorer hat. What do you see that’s notable or interesting?
- The Photo: Post a clear image that catches the eye. Use editing apps if you’d like
- The Description: Why should others check out your find? Tell us why it’s cool.
- Want more tips? Check out our blog.
Include the hashtag #troverATX to share your discoveries with the group. Remember: a great discovery takes time to craft, so choose your uploads wisely!

I’ll be photowalking along the Colorado River and in Downtown Austin this Saturday, Sept 17th.
Meet at 9am at the Hyatt Regency and photowalk from there. All skill levels and camera types are encouraged to attend.
Austin Photowalk is happening on Saturday 17 September, 2011 at 2pm.
