I have been so busy since arriving back in Austin, I haven’t had a moment to celebrate Paul Qui’s win on Top Chef!
So nice to see someone so humble and gracious win. I hear he is putting his winnings to good use and will be opening a brick and mortar on the East 6th street at Comal.
