Is it wrong of me to ask my neighbor if she needs any help moving long discarded kids toys and broken brick-a-brac to the edge of her front yard for the Oct 17th trash collection day?
After we moved in April, my neighbor did mention that she forgot the Spring trash collection day. I got the notice in my mail box the other day.

I’m lost in childhood memories setting up my Dad’s Lionel train set, marking the beginning of the holiday season. I can almost smell the mulled wine and baked apple fritters my Mom is whipping up in the kitchen while my dad and I test the track connections and debate how to set up the track.
